   Yeh I take the same amount now. Yes I have the kind that melts in your mouth I can break it in half. I also take mine at night, as it does help relax and help me sleep better also. :) I was trying to do that in case I get pregnant. We are trying for a baby or two. I won't ever completely stop I imagine because I have had problems since I was in my 20's, been to the hospital 5 times thought I was having a heart attack. lol Scary. Now I know what the feeling is and I didn't have pills then. I want to keep some around in case I need them. Thanks so much for sharing that with me.

   Yep clonzapam that's what I take it's the generic medicine. Did you have the waffer ones the ones that melt in your mouth? I get anxiety feelings when trying to reduce. I got bad to taking 6 to 7 times a day. My husbands family and he was stressing me bad. Now my husband has really proved himself to me. I'm taking now a half 0.5mg every night. :) I need to stop if I want to have a healthy baby, at least until after my child or kids are born. ;) I do get bad anxiety attacks and taking one once in a while won't hurt.    I never knew it came in a wafer form. Mine is a tiny pill that can be broken in 1/2. I just take a 1/2 of a .5 mg pill nightly. It relaxes me and I sleep well. I'm considering if I can get off of the first med., to try to get off of clonazepam. I'm not sure it's necessary though, since the dose I take is so small.

   Thank you so much Ann. Yeh it's hard. ;) I may be extending my drug just a little while longer. Then taking maybe 1/4 the next few weeks. You are doing great!!! :) I think it's best too to cut down to reduce the discomfort that's what I am doing. :) It does help a lot, rather just to do it fast then stop. I wish you good luck with yours. What it does is detoxify making your body less and less dependant. ;) My pychiatrist never told me that it was a highly addictive drug and hard to get off of. I think she just wanted me to keep coming back to her for refills. It was all about the money. She never helped me much with my problems at all. She was almost like a legal drug dealer, it's sad.

   The drug you're trying to get off of is I believe the other drug I take but under a different name called clonazepam. Is it the same thing. I'm supposed to take 1/2 of a .5 mg tablet in the morning & the other 1/2 in the evening. Taking it in the morning made me sleepy, so I just take 1/2 at bedtime. I'm considering getting off of it, if I'm successful ridding myself of the other drug I mentioned.
   
   My doctor didn't tell me about the difficulty of getting off the prescribed meds either but at the time they were prescribed for me (many years ago), I really needed them.

    Hi Ann! I like to think that Leighla's Place has some good games and I also like the games at Chatterbox and Constant Comment. I don't know if I have been to Idle Amusements....I will have to stop by!
